Our patented (Patent #6,418,416) Web-based solution delivers order management functionality as well as product enhancements and support with no additional infrastructure or committed support from the client IT department.

Inventory and transactions previously managed by manual processes are now managed 24/7 using defined business rules, allowing production, procurement and IT resources to focus on activities related to core business processes…not inventory management!

Application and Support Agreement Value

A flat fee per Point-of-Use connection gives you access to the following world-class services:

License for Tooling Intelligence’s Proprietary SupplyPort Software

  • Unlimited number of seats for SupplyPort Web-based software
  • The SupplyPort manages all transactions, automated reporting, business rules, refilling, alerts and all other communications for the Tooling Intelligence machines. All updates to the devices are managed by the SupplyPort engine
  • A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use proprietary software as part of, and exclusively for use with, any related Tooling Intelligence unit for the service term associated with any purchased system
  • Tooling Intelligence continually enhances its software’s functionality and performance. Web-based updates are delivered automatically to SupplyPort and your devices – without interrupting users or involving IT staff!

Inventory Management

  • Controlled Point-of-Use management and accurate cost allocation for all items managed by a Tooling Intelligence device
  • All tool and supply transactions automatically managed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year – no over-time required!
    24/7 Web-based System Administration
  • Authorized personnel can log-in from any Web-enabled device to add users, update product profiles, modify min/max definitions, and many other standard administrative tasks
    Prevent Stock-outs with Automated Ordering of Inventory and Email Alerts
  • Based upon pre-set business rules, clients can place inventory orders automatically
  • Implementation of critical min and stock out alerts will prevent inventory emergencies
  • Options include “Hold for Review”, “No Order Needed” alert, backorder tracking, etc.
  • Standard template options can be sent via fax, email or FTP

Information Management

  • Access to reports from any Web-enabled device
  • Unlimited, automated report generation for scheduled delivery via email directly to your inbox
